    The Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts experience began with a redesign of their group website, focusing on the premium brand’s core values of tradition, heritage, and hospitality. The new website’s responsive design is specially adapted for a mobile-first environment and is chiefly responsible for the increase in direct bookings.

    Additionally, the five-star hotel group took the decision to reduce costs by switching its property management solution from Opera to IDS Fortune Next. Similarly, PC chose not to renew its agreement with TravelClick and instead use Ascendant’s Channel Manager for all 8 of their properties not simply because of cost, but also because of its increased reach and Domestic Partner Network, not offered by foreign competitors

  2. Islamabad & Karachi Marriott Hotels
    Following the lead of PC Hotels, both Marriott properties also chose IDS Fortune Next, leading Property Management System installed in more than 800 properties in the Middle East and Africa. In addition to providing increased flexibility thanks to an open API, Fortune Next also helps staff reduce guest response times thanks to its FX Guest Services module.

  3. Hotel One
    Ascendant partnered with the mid-market brand to reinforce its brand promise through a redesigned group website, and connecting it to Ascendant’s booking engine and channel manager. This strategic partnership led to a 4x increase in Hotel One’s OTA bookings and 172% increase in website bookings during the first year.

  4. Centaurus Hotel Apartments
    Standing tall at the center of the capital city, Centaurus offers 60 rooms and 190 hotel apartments and chose Ascendant’s own ULTRA as its new property management system (PMS), allowing it to better manage housekeeping, reservations, and finance.

  5. Hotel Hillview
    Ascendant connected Hotel Hillview’s 124 rooms to leading OTAs and provided the grand property an aesthetic and user-friendly website. The property is situated in the bustling Jinnah Super Market and offers 3 banquet halls and a restaurant.
